Twice my sides we're forgotten on Togo orders. And a 35 minute ticket time on eggs in unacceptable. Especially when half my items were missing. The food is good though. Has some potential. They do fix their mistakes with no fuss.On the constructive side just make sure Togo expediters double check. I tend to order the southwest skillet it's good greasy but to be somewhat expected the onions and peppers are cooked to non existence if they are precooked and hot held for time saving that's ok but undercook them a bit so they don't become mush. I am a chef ran a few kitchens and especially breakfast and scratch kitchens.
